Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use the Snagg app and website.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Snagg ("we", "us") covering your use of the Snagg app and the snaggwishlist.app website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Snagg. Questions? Email business@snaggwishlist.app.

The Service

Snagg lets you save products you'd love to receive, organise them into wishlists, share those wishlists with others, and follow friends to see theirs. The Service is provided free of charge at this time; we may introduce optional paid features in the future and will make their terms clear before you buy anything.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snagg. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure — let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

Your content

You own the content you add to Snagg — photos, notes, wishlists, and profile information. So that the Service can work, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content to you and to the people you share it with, according to your privacy settings. If you make a wishlist public or share its link, you're choosing to let others see it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Snagg to do anything unlawful, to harass or impersonate others, to upload content that is abusive, infringing, or harmful, to interfere with the operation or security of the Service, or to access it by automated means. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or put other users at risk.

Third-party links and shops

Products you save link out to third-party shops. Those shops are not run by us: we're not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or your purchases from them.

Disclaimers and liability

Snagg is provided "as is" — while we work hard to keep it reliable, we can't guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

Ending or changing the Service

We may modify or discontinue features as Snagg evolves. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using Snagg and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material we'll update this page and note the new effective date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Effective date: 15 July 2026
